Hi, I’m Liz Bumgarner and I’m the host of Silent Bliss Radio. I’ve been a passionate yogi for over a decade, and I’m deeply committed to spreading the benefits of yoga to others. I am a Hatha yoga and yoga nidra instructor and a passionate practitioner, and I love nothing more than sharing the transformative power of the practice with others.
My journey with yoga started when I was searching for a way to manage stress and find inner peace. It was at my teacher training many years later that I discovered the power of yoga nidra and I was instantly hooked. Over the years, I have dug deep into the practice, incorporating it into my practice and sharing its benefits with my students.
I believe that everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga nidra, and I’m dedicated to making each episode a personal journey towards inner peace and calmness.
